- Unverified Outcomes: If the outcome of a market cannot be officially verified, settlement may be delayed or voided if verification is not possible.
- Incorrect Settlements: If a market is settled incorrectly, Kirgo reserves the right to correct it at any time.
- Head-to-Head Markets: If both competitors fail to finish, all bets are void. If both competitors tie, and no draw odds were offered, the market will be void.
- Outright Markets: Outright bets will stand whether the selection participates or not. If an event is canceled, bets will be void. If the event venue changes, bets may also be voided.
- Dead Heat Rule: In the event of a tie, stakes will be divided proportionately based on the number of tied participants.
